Media, PA-based agency International Communications Research (ICR) has appointed Gilbert 'Gil' Barrish as its new President and CEO. Barrish, most recently of TNS, brings to ICR more than four decades of MR experience, in management, client service, and marketing positions.
Barrish has worked at TNS since 1988, for the last eight years as Executive Vice President. He has also held leadership positions with Opinion Research Corporation and the former Chilton Research Services.
