Kantar has promoted Ndeye Diagne to serve as Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, Middle East, Africa & Türkiye (MEA&T), charged with leading regional strategic initiatives to help clients unlock greater value from data, technology and intelligence. She starts next week.
After four years at Ipsos, Diagne (pictured) moved to Kantar, where she has spent more than sixteen years. Joining as a Research Manager in Senegal, she was rapidly promoted to MD for Francophone Africa, then into other MD roles, latterly for West, East and Central Africa. She left this role in 2024, moving to Paris as the group's Chief Client Officer for France. She has served as a Cannes Lions Juror, and is widely known as the architect of Africa Life, Kantar's flagship study decoding the social, cultural and commercial forces shaping the continent.
In her new role, her remit includes elevating strategic engagement with clients; accelerating AI driven insight delivery; and strengthening Kantar's client centric approach across markets.
'This is a moment of significant evolution for our business,' states Adeola Tejumola, Executive Managing Director for MEA&T. 'Ndeye brings a rare blend of strategic clarity, commercial sharpness, and storytelling strength, exactly what our clients need as the industry shifts toward faster, tech-enabled, insight-led growth.'
