Lavoie is the founder of MindSpark, acquired in 2022 by Savanta, while Ginai was CEO of Neuro-Insight, then Chief Growth Officer at research platform Catalyx. Griffiths, formerly of TNS-RI, has for the last dozen years run his own MR revenue growth strategy firm; and the marketing agency division of Henke's consultancy Harpeth Marketing was sold to Rodeo13 in January.

The board will meet quarterly to provide high-level governance and stress-test strategies for Rodeo13, whose CEO Norbert Sari comments: 'As we enter our next phase, post-acquisition, we aren't just looking for growth. We're looking for the right kind of growth. Bringing in this group of fantastic humans means we have fellow founders who have lived the challenges we are currently facing. Their collective grit, diverse backgrounds, and proven collective track records will be instrumental as we grow and continue to push the boundaries of marketing in the research industry while staying true to our core mission.'
