JDPA Finds Mr Wright

US-based J.D. Power and Associates has hired Rodney N. Wright, formerly of Accenture, as leader of its Automotive Retail Practice, which includes its Customer Service Index (CSI) and Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) studies, as well as proprietary automotive dealer programs.

Prior to joining J.D. Power and Associates, Wright worked for 15 years with management and technology consulting giant Accenture as a Partner of its global automotive practice. In this role, he provided consulting and advice services to domestic and international automotive manufacturers and retailers.

Wright has a bachelor's degree in industrial and operations engineering and an MBA from the University of Michigan. Bob Reilly, Executive VP of client solutions in the US Automotive Group at J.D. Power, says the new arrival brings 'a wealth of new business development, process improvement, operations, marketing and sales experience' to the automotive retail practice.
