WPP has acquired data collection company All Global Ltd, for an undisclosed sum. The London-based firm, whose services include healthcare panel research, telephone recruiting and qual interviewing, employs 44 people and had revenues of £7.3m for the year ended 30th April.
WPP says the investment continues its strategy of developing its networks in fast growing markets and sectors. All Global will be integrated with NYC-based Ziment Group subsidiary WebSurveyResearch, giving it a firm foothold in the European marketplace.
All Global collects medical and pharmaceutical data from healthcare professionals and patients, from three offices in central London. It also has a 5-room viewing facility.
Jerry Arbittier, MD of WebSurveyResearch, told news site www.pharmalive.com : 'We are proud to join forces with All Global. They are known for being one of the most progressive and knowledgeable global Healthcare information research companies', adding that the combined firm will aim to 'revolutionize the speed, cost and capabilities of doing international Healthcare research.'
