Medical product manufacturer Enova Medical Technologies has merged with Minneapolis-based MR firm, CJ Olson. Olson becomes a division of Enova but will continue to operate as an independent business.
Roger Heegaard, President of Enova, explained that the merger will allow his company to assist their clients with pre- and post-market analysis.
'The decision to merge was apparent to both sides,' commented Wayne Ramaker, President of CJ Olson. 'In order for Enova to reach its goals and for CJ Olson to expand its business in the dynamic medical device industry, we realised we could better serve our customers as partners than as separate organisations.'
The firms are online at www.cjolson.com and www.enovamedical.com .
