Shepherd to Watch Over New Division at RPCushing

MR specialist RPCushing Recruitment is launching an executive search and selection division, headed up by newly appointed Estelle Shepherd, former European Director of Recruitment at the Kantar Group.

The division will operate across all the company's key markets, which in addition to MR include marketing, PR and the design and creative industries. Shepherd will work closely with MD Paul Cushing to ensure a seamless interface with the company's other services.

During her 6 years involved with search and selection for Kantar Group and Millward Brown, Shepherd worked closely with RPCushing. She comments: 'the company's consultative approach to recruitment mirrored my own views on how best practice recruitment services should be delivered.
