Deloitte Hires Benchmarking Leader

In the US, Richard Roth has been hired to run Deloitte Consulting's Global Benchmarking Centre (GBC) in Atlanta.

With more than 25 years' research experience under his belt, Roth joins from benchmarking and research firm The Hackett Group, where he was Chief Research Officer. While at Hackett he also sat on the advisory board of the Cognos Innovation Centre for Performance Management. Prior to this, he spent 15 years as Head of Benchmarking Services for another professional services firm.

Roth has been featured in publications such as Fortune, BusinessWeek, CFO, Business Finance and CIO Magazine and has also appeared on CNBC. He holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.

The GBC unit produces fact-based, practice-focused reports that provide a baseline from which clients can make future improvements.
