Former Henley Centre exec Marcus Hickman has teamed up with Jo Davies, formerly of KPMG and Cranfield School of Management, to form a new insight and strategy firm, Davies Hickman Partners. Hickman takes the role of Chief Executive.
Before setting up the company, Hickman was Executive Research Director at CCA (Customer Contact Association), where he was responsible for steering and delivering the outputs of the association's Research Council. Prior to this, he worked for 12 years for WPP-owned Henley Centre Headlight Vision; latterly as MD. He has an Economics degree from Sydney University and a Cranfield MBA. Davies is an MBA, MIPD qualified in psychometrics and accountancy.
The new firm mainly works with financial service providers, wealth managers, technology suppliers, and customer contact divisions of large organisations. With a team of nine is based in offices near Henley-upon-Thames in Oxfordshire, it is online at www.davieshickman.com.
