Maritz Research has appointed Graham Devereux as Division Vice President of its newly created Retail Research Europe unit, responsible for strategy and business development and based in Marlow, Bucks, UK.Devereux, who has been in the new role since 7th July, will also serve as a member of the firm's European Research Board and take on further responsibility for mystery shopping strategy. His experience spans retail and customer experience measurement, with a focus on mystery shopping but also including customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
He worked previously as MD Europe for GAPbuster, where he spent seven years. Earlier he was Brand Director of the Swatch Group, responsible for Rado and Tissot.
