Global marketing research firm Data Development Worldwide (DDW) has opened new offices in Chicago and Indianapolis and hired two industry veterans to run them.
Matt Valle joins as Vice President, Office Director in Chicago from MarketTools where he was Senior Vice President, Central Region. Prior to this, he held management positions at GroupNFO WorldGroup, and Thomson-West.
Commenting on the appointment, MD Chip Lister said: 'Matt's entrepreneurial approach to building and managing business units is a perfect match for the fast-paced growth we're experiencing.'
In Indianapolis, Valory Myers joins as Vice President, Office Director from Synovate Customer Experience, where she was Assistant Vice President, Business Development and Marketing. Previously, she served as Director, Client Services at Walker Information.
'Valory's expertise in the area of customer experience and loyalty is of great value to DDW as we continue to develop products and services in the area of service satisfaction measurement,' added Lister.
New York-headquartered DDW was founded in 1960 and now employs more than 100 people throughout the US. The firm recently merged with custom market research firm Marketing Analysts Incorporated (MAi).
