In Hong Kong, information giant Experian has launched a technology service to enable organisations to test concepts for new marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Experian Offers Pre-Campaign Test ServiceIts new Customer Lab service offers clients 'test and learn' facilities to prove the value of early stage marketing programmes prior to wider investment.

The lab has a dedicated team, who specialise in data management, marketing analytics and campaign management; and provide organisations with an extension to their marketing resource.

Customer Lab features an on-demand platform to enable organisations to create and assess various marketing scenarios with a small initial investment.

All test activities are then tested and measured against pre-defined ROI key performance indicators.
