Software and panels firm GMI (Global Market Insite) has introduced a new sampling methodology which scientifically 'calibrates, mixes, stabilizes and monitors' multiple or single respondent sources.
By counter-balancing across at least 60 demographic, psychographic and behavioral measures, the new 'GMI Pinnacle' system claims to deliver a consistently balanced set of respondents in real-time, against an industry or client-approved benchmark.
Pinnacle is designed to ensure that historical norms and sample frames are understood and modelled into each solution, in order to deliver wave-to-wave consistency. It also incorporates a set of automated features that measure and control representative sample dimensions.
'Increased demands to deliver high-volume, cost effective online research have left the industry a Faustian trade-off between capacity and quality,' states Chief Scientist, Dr Mitch Eggers. 'GMI Pinnacle has broken through these barriers with new technology and science that increases capacity, data consistency and reliability.'
