In Australia, word-of-mouth (WoM) marketing specialist Contagious Agency has launched a consumer advocate platform, featuring a proprietary Facebook tracking tool.Contagious uses WoM product sampling to identify those key influencers capable of driving purchase intent, taps into their opinions and uses them to develop online advocacy campaigns, long-term advocate programmes and social media initiatives.
The company's new platform has been developed for clients who wish to undertake digital WoM campaigns.
