Customer, employee, and market strategy research specialist ORC International has launched an online communities division, and appointed former Communispace exec Jennifer Adams to lead it.The new ORC Communities division will offer a platform designed for both project-based and ongoing initiatives, including white space analysis, idea generation, product development, concept and ad testing, and go-to-market planning.
Adams (pictured) will head the department after more than ten years at online community specialist Communispace, where she latterly served as VP Client Services, and led the firm's expansion into Europe. In her new role, Adams is responsible for the strategy, development and implementation of the communities tools and product offerings globally.
