Survey tech firm Qualtrics has teamed up with emotion measurement specialist Affectiva, adding its emotion recognition technology to the Qualtrics Insight Platform, which combines customer experience management, employee engagement and market research.Combining the technologies will provide an offering for market research and media testing that senses and analyses facial expressions and emotions and provides insights into consumers' unfiltered emotions.
