In London, local audience data specialist Eyeota has appointed former Triad and CBS Interactive exec Jill Orr as its first Chief Operating Officer.
Eyeota offers access to '3.5 billion unique profiles' of consumers in Europe, APAC and the Americas, based on third party audience data; and has partnerships with YouGov, GfK, Kantar Media, Oracle and Ipsos, among others. Earlier this month, the firm raised $12.5m in a Series B round of funding, part of which will be used to support product development and expand its team.
Orr (pictured) joins with more than two decades of global media experience. Most recently, she worked at digital retail specialist Triad Retail Media, where she led operations in APAC and Europe as EVP International before the firm's sale to WPP's audience profiling and targeting division Xaxis. Before this, she held senior roles - including VP & UK MD - at entertainment online content network CBS Interactive; and she worked for tech product reviews, news, price comparisons site CNET as Head of Consumer Publishing.
In her new role, Orr is responsible for scaling Eyeota's commercial and business operations, while developing customer products, marketing and insights to support the expansion of the firm across all markets.
