Future Thinking Rolls Out RecommendIT CX Platform

Data-driven intelligence agency Future Thinking has officially launched a customer experience (CX) platform called RecommendIT, allowing users to engage with customers in real time.

Myles BakerThe platform offers an end-to-end bespoke digital engagement platform, with an in-built survey engine, interactive dashboards and an action management tool. Available as a self-serve tool or fully supported solution, it provides in the moment real-time feedback across the entire customer journey.

According to Future Thinking, the solution has several USPs, including embedded internal and external data analysis and text analytics, data integration, and a fully managed suite of services - from IT support to advanced analytics. It can also analyse data against customer data logic.
