Dentsu Aegis Buys Data-Driven Ad Firm Videobeat

Marcoms group Dentsu Aegis Network has acquired Videobeat, which provides data-driven creative and media campaigns for TV and digital media in Germany and elsewhere in Europe. Terms of the deal, which is awaiting approval from the German competition authority, have not been disclosed.

The firm is headquartered in Hamburg, currently employs 72 people and also has offices in Berlin, London, Paris and New York.
