Parks Associates Expands Leadership Team

Consumer tech researcher Parks Associates has expanded its leadership team, promoting Elizabeth Parks to President; Jennifer Kent to Senior Director of Research Quality and Product Development; and Tom Kerver to Senior Director of IoT Strategy. Meanwhile Denise Ernst joins as VP.

The firm is based in Addison, TX and offers a range of market reports, primary studies, custom research, workshops, executive conferences and annual service subscriptions. Its expertise includes technology such as the Internet of Things (IoT), digital media and platforms, entertainment and gaming, and mobile apps and home networks.

Parks, who has been with the company for more than twenty years, most recently served as Senior Vice President; Kent was previously Director of Research Quality and Product Development; and Kerver is now in charge of the firm's Custom Research services, having joined the company in 2011. Ernst, who joins after roles at Lennox, Nortek, and Sonny's Enterprises, will help lead research operations while supporting corporate development for the company.
