US Research Director Hire for 2CV

Consumer and B2B researcher 2CV has appointed former Kantar VP Maria Hom as a Research Director, based in the US and working with both the Tech & Entertainment and Life & Style practices.

2CV is headquartered in London, with offices in LA, San Francisco and Singapore. The firm is part of marketing strategy, insights and comms specialist Digital Technology Advisory Group (DTAG), itself now owned by private equity firm Vespa Capital.

Hom (pictured) spent more than four years as a VP in the Qualitative team at Kantar, and before that two and a half years in Research Director and VP roles at Maru Group, led her own qual consultancy MLCH Consulting, and worked client-side in marketing and brand management for Del Monte Foods and Visa USA. She also spent fifteen years as a minority financial partner and owner at Udder Ventures, an independently owned retail franchise of ice cream firm Ben & Jerry's.
