In New York, open-ended feedback specialist Canvs AI has added three new features designed to speed up clients' analysis and reporting, and to keep colleagues in the loop.Canvs combines a tool called AI Story Assist - launched in April 2023 - with patented natural language algorithms, to deliver insights from unstructured feedback and convert open-ended text from surveys, social media and online reviews into a natural language summary. Researchers can then use AI Story Assist to ask natural language questions and drill into quantifiable analysis to further explore and validate insights.
The new features allow users to 'Order ahead' by asking natural language research questions during the import process, for answers by AI Story Assist delivered straight to their inbox; and to view email digests with executive summaries for every open-ended question, as well as custom questions and prompts. Collaboration is also improved with the ability to subscribe team members to the email digest.
Founder and CEO Jared Feldman (pictured) comments: 'Insights teams are busier than ever keeping up with both the internal demand for compelling and actionable insights and the exponential growth of unstructured feedback from a multitude of sources. This update gives researchers the ability to quickly and easily discover the most critical insights across mountains of data and craft data-driven narratives that drive impact for the business'.
