Klick Launches Health Professional Personas Product

February 28 2025

Life sciences commercialization services firm Klick Health has launched an AI FocusGroup product, allowing marketers in the sector to test ad campaign messaging with healthcare professionals without hosting online or in-person focus groups.

JJ MifsudKlick Health was established in 1997 and has offices in the US, Toronto, London, São Paulo and Singapore - sister companies include Klick Applied Sciences, Klick Consulting and Sensei Labs. The agency helps clients with marketing and advertising, media strategy and purchasing, medical affairs and medical communications, value and market access services. Last month, it acquired Peregrine Market Access, another specialist in the sector, strengthening its access strategy, value communications and payer insights offerings.

The new product simulates thousands of healthcare workers and their reactions, avoiding issues with recruitment of these hard-to-reach groups, as well as offering speed and cost advantages. The new offering taps the company's MedOcean and uses generative AI to develop personas for healthcare professionals (HCPs) across therapeutic areas, specialities and demographics.

JJ Mifsud (pictured), the firm's Vice President of Applied AI, comments: 'We harness advanced simulation to mirror the insights of thousands of healthcare professionals so our clients can test their brand messaging and that of their competitors' more efficiently. HCP focus groups and surveys can be time-consuming and expensive, whereas we developed HCP AI FocusGroup to offer a rapid, cost-effective way to gather deep insights that can be used alongside traditional research to create a more comprehensive understanding of market dynamics'.
