Insight agency One Minute to Midnight has appointed longtime Blue Yonder exec Hannah Rogers to lead client partnership strategy for its integrated quant and qual offering. Kamaya Lenard has also joined the firm in the US, as Fieldwork and Operations Coordinator.The company was founded in London 2016 by Douglas Dunn and Paul Laver; launched in the USA in 2020; added a dedicated global quant unit in 2023; and opened an LA office in 2025. Earlier this month it hired Paul White as Senior Director, in the UK, and Matt Muckjian as Senior Research Manager in New York.
Rogers (pictured below) spent sixteen years at Blue Yonder Research, joining in 2007 as a Research Executive, rising to Qualitative Research Director and latterly Head of New Business and Client Lead. She joins from full service agency Kokoro where she has spent the last eighteen months as New Business Director. She has worked in more than 40 global markets for over 150 clients, in sectors including entertainment, finance, technology and FMCG.
In her new role she is based in the UK, but will also work across the firm's US offices, as well as a planned APAC office. Lenard (pictured above) worked as a teacher and then in educational tech and learning operations roles at Success Academy Harlem in 2023 and Curriculum Associates in 2024. In her new role, her first in the MR sector, she will align the firm's logistics, data tracking and vendor coordination. She will be based in New York, and Andy Cooper, co-founder of OMTM Americas, says Lenard 'has already brought masses of fresh energy to the team' and adds: 'She's going to elevate how we operate across all areas of the business.'
