Seattle, WA-based employee engagement and development platform Chronus has acquired Imperative, a specialist in defining and developing 'purpose at work', including employee feedback. Terms were not disclosed.Chronus' offer includes mentorship, shared learning and ERG management, designed to ensure employees feel 'connected, understood and developed'. Adding Imperative's software solutions will allow it to deliver personalized insights for employees and their employers through a proprietary 'Purpose Assessment'; grow user engagement through guided conversation technology; and track the ongoing impact of these initiatives on employee engagement.
