MR services and tech supplier Jibunu has added AI capabilities to its platform, including chatbots, image and concept generation, and automated coding of open-ended responses. It will also create custom AI solutions for clients 'with unique needs', in keeping with its tradition of offering both tailored and off-the-shelf software.
The Fitchburg, MA-based firm was launched in 2003 and designs and develops custom market research tools and methodologies to meet the needs of individual clients. Its offer includes a proprietary platform allowing clients to create solutions for both qual and quant research, including complex, custom projects such as conjoint, max-diff, adaptive, KANO, diary studies, advanced logic or graphic / multimedia needs, and multiple languages. In the past two years it has added a survey text editor tool; medical transcription features for its video / audio response capturing tool; QA Note Tool, which helps improve the survey review process for internal teams and their clients; and this February MR-LEAP, a solution designed to redefine efficiency in survey programming services.
The new chatbot feature offers AI-powered conversations, allowing for interactive and dynamic communication with respondents, while the coding tools promise 'accurate and nuanced' categorization of data, slashing manual input. The new Image and Concept Generation feature uses advanced AI models to generate high-quality images and 'innovative concepts' based on user's input. The tools are powered by a combination of AI models including ChatGPT, DALL-E, Llama and Titan.
