Mountain View, CA-based customer experience intelligence and service automation company Level AI has closed a $39.4m Series C funding round, almost doubling its funding to date. The money will be used to grow the business and enhance its customer proposition.The company uses GenAI and contact center-specific LLMs to develop solutions for clients looking to enhance their customer interaction. Through analysis of unstructured conversational data and using a series of AI Agents its software automates quality assurance and serves as a CX Copilot, 'systemizing the voice of the customer through deep generative AI insights'.
The round was led by Adams Street Partners, with additional investment from Cross Creek, Brightloopa number of leading figures in CX; and participation from existing investors including Battery Ventures and Eniac Ventures. Funds will fuel the company's innovation in product development, engineering enhancements, research and development, as well as allowing it to recruit 'across all levels of the organization'.
