Tim Wragg is New Human8 CEO

Global insights consultancy Human8 has appointed former Kantar and Hall & Parnters leader Tim Wragg as its new Chief Executive, replacing Camille Nicita who will continue on the firm's Board as a Non-Executive Partner.

Tim WraggThe group includes around 700 people in 22 offices worldwide, and aims 'to help brands understand and respond to what matters through a human lens'. Known as InSites Consulting until a rebrand last year, it has made nine acquisitions in the last six years: Direction First, Columinate, eÿeka, Join the Dots, ABN Impact, Answer, Space Doctors, Gongos and Happy Thinking People. It has recently completed a restructuring of its EMEA business, backed by a number of senior appointments concluding last month.

Wragg (pictured) brings more than 25 years of global insights industry experience, including Head of Client Service, UK & Ireland MD and European CEO at Millward Brown; CEO UK & Ireland and later CEO North America for Kantar's Consumer Insights unit; and for the last three years CEO of Hall & Partners - now part of Escalent. Human8 says 'his international expertise in optimizing the complex combination of research, consulting and digital transformation, and his passion for AI make him the ideal leader for Human8 as the company navigates its next evolution'.

Nicita joined as the CEO and owner of US-based Gongos, acquired in January 2022, then became CEO of Human8 a year ago. She has since led the continuing integration and harmonization of the ten businesses, establishing global practices in their place.
