SyncScript Adds AI-Driven MR Support Services

MR support firm SyncScript has launched a suite of AI-driven transcription and summarization services, designed to help its clients save time, reduce costs and guarantee quality. The solutions are overseen by humans for a 'best of both worlds' approach.

Established in 2016 by former Focus Forward execs Elizabeth Granahan and Meghan Surdenas, SyncScript provides transcription, translation, interview logistics, qual recruitment, and a full suite of analysis support services from pulling quotes to final report.
