Alembic Adds Survey-Based Daily Brand Health Tracker

October 29 2024

San Francisco-based marketing intelligence platform Alembic has launched the Brand Health Daily Sentiment Tool, designed to give CMOs daily brand insights for a quick response to changes and trends.

Tomás PuigAlembic's Market Intelligence Platform allows users to measure nearly all their marketing activities in real time, and tie them to revenue outcomes. Early this year it raised $14m in series A funding from a group including celebrity backers, and in May it rolled out an upgrade promising a breakthrough in mathematically demonstrating causality in large datasets using composite AI. In the summer it appointed Abby Kearns as CTO and Gregory Kennedy as VP of Marketing.

The new tool is integrated directly with the existing data flows within the platform, and in addition to statistically significant daily sentiment scores for brand awareness, opinion and recommendations provides contextual insights to explain changes in sentiment; competitive benchmarking; and proactive trend analysis and alerts to spot emerging issues.

Alembic says its software is 'the first to combine all relevant data, regardless of whether the marketing team owns it, from top-of-funnel channels like social media, search, and website analytics to bottom-of-funnel revenue data like POS (Point of Sale), customer data, and external measurement data like TV, radio, podcasts, PR, or even foot traffic'. The new tool adds daily survey data to this, allowing marketers 'to react faster and more accurately than ever'.

Tomás Puig, Alembic founder and CEO comments: 'Instead of CMOs attending strategic meetings armed with brand data that is six months old, Alembic enables them to present insights that are as recent as the previous day. The critical innovation lies in aggregating all pertinent data into a single, centralized system. This eliminates the inefficiencies associated with assembling reports from disparate sources and resolving incompatible data formats. By implementing seamless data integration pipelines and real-time processing capabilities, our platform provides a unified and up-to-date view of brand health and marketing impact'.
