In Australia, media intelligence provider Medianet has launched a platform integrating real-time monitoring and analysis with press release distribution and media contact solutions.
The company has been providing PR and media solutions for the public and private sector since the 1980s. The new platform, live from this month, taps Large Language Models and advanced data science to track mentions across print, broadcast, the web and social media, and generate customised metrics including data on sentiment, key topics and coverage timelines. The firm says this technology is backed up by experienced advisors in the Medianet Insights team, as well as human technical support.
Quoted on news site mumbrella.com.au , company MD Amrita Sidhu (pictured) said: 'We are delivering a cohesive platform for a media world that has become harder to navigate and illuminate. It will work smart for customers and end the frustrations they have been experiencing for way too long'. Siduh says users can 'create a message, get it delivered to the right people, know where it lands in the media and, critically, understand how it has been perceived'.
