Verification Partnership for Sample Ninja

Panel management platform Sample Ninja has announced a strategic partnership with identity verification and authentication specialist Veriff, which it says will enhance fraud protection for its clients.

Veriff works with online marketplaces, financial services, crypto, gaming and mobility companies, as well as firms in other sectors, combining AI-powered automation with reinforced learning from human feedback and expertise, allowing them to rapidly verify and safeguard users anywhere in the world. The software supports over 12,000 government-issued IDs from more than 230 countries and territories.

The partnership will allow panel managers to combat fraud either at the point of registration or via verification when rewards are being redeemed. Sample Ninja says that given the sheer volume of incentive redemption transactions involved in research panels, and the levels of incentives paid out (notably to B2B and medical participants), respondent fraud has become a significant industry-wide issue.
