US-based KNow Research has announced the opening of a new boutique qual research facility in downtown San Francisco.
The fieldwork specialist offers interviews, shop-alongs and group discussions, mobile journals and diary studies, forums and panels, booth / kiosk insights and quantitative validation of initial qual findings. The new facility is located in the heart of the city near the historic Ferry Building, and promises a welcoming and productive environment for qualitative research and workshops. A backroom space accommodates up to 5 client observers and the location boasts high-quality video streaming between rooms.
Company President Katrina Noelle (pictured) comments: 'We wanted to create the kind of space we ourselves would want to conduct research in. Often the best insights come from the most comfortable conversations'.
