Cross-Channel Brand Lift Firm Looks to Cross Channel

Paris-based cross-media brand and ad performance measurement specialist Happydemics has raised EUR 13m in a series B round, The funds are earmarked for 'ambitious international growth' including expansion into the UK, as well as development of its strategic partnerships.

CEO and founder Tarek Ouagguini (pictured) states: 'This new investment comes at a critical time, as eliminating blind spots in global ad spend has never been more urgent. The funding will accelerate our growth, enabling us to scale faster and meet the rising demands of the global advertising landscape'.

Private equity firms Wille Finance and Adelie Capital led the round. Cyril Petit, Investment Director at Wille comments: 'By simplifying real-time Brand lift measurement, the company provides a strategic edge to key industry players'; and Jean-Manuel Costa, Managing Partner and founder of Adelie Capital adds: 'Today, understanding consumer insights is essential to building and refining effective marketing strategies. In this context, Happydemics is establishing itself as a trusted third party for brands and AdTech players'.
