US-based Reputation, a firm helping clients to track, manage and optimize the online performance and image of their brand, has expanded its platform with new data sources and types, and says it has improved its ability to uncover 'hidden insights in today's complex consumer journey'.

  • Local Search Insights, allowing users of Reputation Business Listings to analyse which Google search terms lead to greater listing engagement, understand competitive and geographical trends and improve their local SEO strategy.
  • Item-Level Feedback , using customized survey interaction to help pinpoint products or services that have the most impact on the business; and
  • AI Reputation Manager, which submits targeted queries and analyzes the sources influencing AI-generated results, to help maintain a competitive advantage in 'the era of AI-driven search'.
