In San Francisco, AI-powered product insights assistant Riley AI has launched from stealth with $3 million in seed funding, with which to expand operations and accelerate its development work.
The firm, co-founded by Claudia Natasia and Kevin Ma, provides a personalized Product Insights assistant powered by adaptive AI: its software helps clients to integrate and visualize data from surveys and other interviews, support tickets and usage analytics into one platform which delivers actionable recommendations on 'what to build next'.
Natasia (pictured left) previously led research, data science and product teams across the enterprise and fin tech space, while Ma developed attribution products at Hubspot. 'From day one, Riley has been a community driven project' says CEO Natasia, 'with the help of hundreds of product, design and research leaders across the ecosystem. With this funding, we're excited to integrate more data channels and build smarter AI capabilities, so we can be our customer's closest advisor for product insights'.
The round was led by Vertex Ventures US, with participation from NextView Ventures, Hyphen Capital and a number of angel investors.
