Sponsorship Metrics Firm Relo Partners with Meltwater

Sports measurement platform Relo Metrics has teamed up with social media and consumer intelligence provider Meltwater to help sports and entertainment customers measure and maximize digital sponsorship performance.

Jay PrasadThe firms point to the huge growth in demand for live sports over the past year, underlining the need for sponsors to ensure that their messages are breaking through, and their value properly measured. The partnership promises access to more actionable insights on sponsorship performance including media values and impressions, alongside the many other measurement options in the two firms' existing platforms.

Specifically, the partners say the new deal will benefit rights holders (sports properties, teams and leagues), by closing the gap between marketing, comms and sales teams; marketing planning and execution teams within brands; and various agencies within PR, Media, and sports looking to collaborate on data strategy and measurement.
