Research firm Twentify, the developer of qual research platform Quals.ai, has appointed Can Kablan as Chief Business Officer and Bilge Terzioglu as Vice President of Special Projects, as it looks to expand internationally and further develop its offering. The firm has offices in London, New Delhi and Istanbul, and conducts research across the globe. Launched as Qualsight.ai sixteen months ago, the tool now known as Quals.ai transforms researchers' notes and objectives into surveys which are then conducted by AI. Real-time analysis during the process allows the software to adapt interviews according to responses received, and afterwards to provide researchers with insights including executive summaries, verbatims and comprehensive transcripts in 'as little as 24 hours'.
Kablan (pictured top) joined the firm as a Research Partner six years ago, and in his new role will oversee business operations, drive commercial partnerships, and lead Twentify's global expansion strategy. Terzioglu (pictured below) joined Twentify in 2020 as an Insights Director and will now lead the development of new product features for Quals.ai, as well as exploring new distribution channels to enhance the platform's reach and impact.
CEO Ilker Inanc comments: 'These appointments reflect our focus on building a world-class team to support our next phase of growth. Can's strategic vision and Bilge's innovation leadership will be instrumental as we continue to expand Quals.ai and transform how qualitative research is conducted'.
