Customer data pioneer dunnhumby has announced a strategic partnership with Krakow, Poland-based predictive analysis and real-time decision support firm Synerise.dunnhumby's Customer Data Science Platform combines technology, software and consulting to help business improve customer experience 'in-store, offline and online'. The firm employs more than 2,500 experts in offices throughout Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas. Its new partner Synerise offers an SaaS platform allowing organizations to store, process and analyze data in real time, using AI to personalize experiences, predict future trends, and optimize business operations.
The firms say the new partnership will allow retailers and brands to seamlessly connect multiple data sets and customer touchpoints, predict outcomes and make better decisions across personalisation, loyalty, pricing, promotions and retail media. The deal brings together dunnhumby's deep customer insight expertise and solutions with Synerise's cutting-edge real-time behavioural AI-models and workflow automation.
