Wiland Launches Predictive Intell Tool for Non-Profits

Colorado, USA-based audience insights firm Wiland has added another solution to its MarketSignals platform. GivingSignals is designed to help non-profit organisations optimize engagement and fundraising outcomes among their existing donors.

Mike GingellWiland's data and audience products apply proprietary data science to a database it describes as 'the largest set of detailed, individual-level spending signals ever assembled', allowing clients to target their marketing initiatives across 'all addressable channels'. The new solution, GivingSignals, offers both deterministic and probabilistic insights to help fundraisers understand donor behaviors, preferences and 'giving capacity', and thus improve fundraising effectiveness, increase donor retention and maximize lifetime value.

Specific features include 'Optimal Ask Amounts' - data-driven recommendations for the ideal 'ask string'; identification of high-potential donors ready to elevate their support; insights on seasonality, indicating when is and when is not the right time to engage; and insights in other areas including High Net Worth donors and potential legacy gift opportunities.
