Senior Promotions for STRAT7 Incite

In the UK, strategic research and planning consultancy STRAT7 Incite has made four senior promotions: Carolina Starkhammar and Madeline Phillips become Senior Principals, and Alex Owers and Kieran Collins Principals.

Customer insights and data-driven strategy group STRAT7 was formed in 2019 by MR and analytics firms ResearchBods and Bonamy Finch, together with start-up LiFE. The group acquired strategic consultancy Incite in 2021 from former owner Kin + Carta. Incite is headquartered in London, with offices in three US cities and combines consumer and commercial insight working across the FMCG, health, financial services, tech, leisure and retail sectors.

Starkhammar (pictured top) joined the firm in August 2022 as a Principal, having spent the previous four years at b2b agency Kadence, and earlier two years at Verve, which she joined as a Graduate RE in 2016. Philips joined as an Associate in 2021, having earlier worked for four years in two spells at Kantar, either side of three years client side as a Brand Ambassador for drinks firm Fever-Tree.

Owers joined STRAT7's Rainmaker division two years ago, after two years at Savanta which he joined as a Graduate RE. Collins (pictured below) has been at the company for five years, having earlier worked at Tesco and at insurance company AXA.
