In an SEC filing, Comscore has announced the resignation of Kathi Love from its Board of Directors. The former GfK MRI CEO left the Comscore role last week, for 'personal reasons'.Love (pictured) is the former CEO of GfK MRI, a role she held for thirteen years, and founded consulting and executive coaching firm Motherwell Resources LLC - her previous leadership roles include EMAP Petersen USA and the New York Times. She joined the Comscore Board just under six years ago, alongside two other appointments, at the same time that the measurement firm's then CEO Bryan Wiener and President Sarah Hofstetter announced they were leaving due to 'irreconcilable differences' over the execution of company strategy.
By contrast, Comscore stresses that Love's departure 'did not stem from any disagreements ...regarding its operations, policies or practices'. Love announced the move on 6th Feb and left the following day: the Board has not yet announced any plans for a replacement.
