Unified customer experience management platform Sprinklr has announced an integration with aspiring Twitter / X competitor Bluesky, covering insights and content publishing.Sprinklr's 'Unified-CXM' platform captures massive amounts of structured and unstructured data from customer engagements on more than thirty channels, to help enterprises personalize experiences across channels. The firm is headquartered in New York City with employees around the world, and will break the $1bn turnover barrier this year if it continues the 18% growth it reported for 2023.
Microblogging social media site Bluesky was launched to the public just a year ago and boasts around 31.5m users, competing with the likes of Mastodon and Meta's Threads as an alternative to Twitter / X. With the Sprinklr integration customers can now engage audiences on Bluesky, deliver consistent content, track key metrics and gather insights to inform their strategy.
Sprinklr SVP, Global Alliances & Partners Jim Nairn (pictured) comments: 'The rapid growth and engagement levels on Bluesky are impressive, and our customers have looked to Sprinklr to help them seamlessly integrate this platform into their global strategies. We are excited to empower enterprise brands with the ability to engage meaningfully and gain valuable insights from this growing community'. Bluesky COO Rose Wang adds: 'We are excited to partner with Sprinklr to help enable some of the world's largest brands to create quality content that adds value to the community. The community on Bluesky is organic and highly engaged, and if brands can create content that engages users in an authentic way, they will get a massive return'.
Another start-up, subscription service BlueSkyHunter, also launched today offering a dashboard giving access to analytics and other tools to schedule posts and automate direct messages on Bluesky.
