Walnut Unlimited, the London-based consumer behaviour agency now part of Accenture Song, has announced the promotion of Phoebe-Jo Balfe, Katie Battersby, Katie Hartshorne, Lewis Moore, Nick Moreland and Cosima Stocker - following 'significant' new business wins.Walnut describes itself as 'the human understanding agency', drawing on specialisms in neuroscience, behavioural psychology and economics to help clients in sectors including retail, technology, financial and FMCG. The company was formed in 2017 from the combination of four existing insight businesses at marcoms network the Unlimited Group.
Balfe is promoted from Data Services Apprentice to Data Services Executive, having joined the company two and a half years ago, and the firm says her work on complex projects, combined with balancing university studies, highlights her exceptional development and commitment.
Battersby and Hartshorne (pictured above and below) are promoted from SRE to Research Manager, in Public Affairs and FMCG respectively. Battersby has excelled in diverse research areas, according to Walnut, including B2B tracking and public perceptions, and has impressed clients with her presentation skills. Hartshorne joined the company two years ago, has consistently excelled under pressure and developed key methodologies, and is a trusted advisor on pack and claims, as well as a mentor to junior colleagues.
Moreland and Stocker were REs and are now SREs, in the Qualitative and FMCG teams respectively, while Moore is promoted from Junior Solutions Developer to Solutions Developer, having contributed significantly to Walnut's digital tools, including new survey functions, menu selection and heatmaps.
