AI-powered qualitative research platform BoltChatAI has appointed former PureSpectrum, System1 and SKIM researcher Lester Sualog as its Head of APAC.The firm's platform uses AI moderation and allows users to capture and analyse qualitative data on a massive scale, in multiple countries and different languages, promising to 'delve deeper into the consumer psyche' to find hidden motivations and preferences.
Sualog (pictured) brings more than 25 years of experience of driving commercial growth for global organisations, including work in the Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, China, Australia and Singapore; as well as expertise in AI Enablement and the Data Prediction Flywheel from MIT Professional Education. He joins from PureSpectrum where he spent three years as Senior Client Development Director, Asia, after two and a half years as System1 Research's MD in Asia Pacific. Earlier he was Client Solutions Director Asia at SKIM, MD at Fuld & Company in Manila, a Business Unit Head at TNS and a Research Analyst at DHL.
He is Chairperson of the ESOMAR APAC Program Committee, and a lecturer in behavioural economics, marketing and MR applications at the University of the Philippines Diliman.
