RealityMine Partners for APAC Launch of Connect

Manchester, UK-based RealityMine has announced a partnership with new Singapore-based company OnDemandIQ, for the Asia-Pacific launch of RealityMine Connect, which offers comprehensive, single-source, user-level insights into streaming consumption across devices.

RealityMine Partners for APAC Launch of ConnectRealityMine works for major tech companies, media measurement and insight clients, using proprietary technology based on permissioned passive data collection to provide an understanding of consumer interactions with digital platforms including the web, apps and streaming. Its privacy-safe and GDPR-compliant tech solutions are deployed on mobile, tablet and desktop platforms worldwide.

OnDemandIQ, established by AMPD Research founder Anthony Dobson and TechEdge co-founder Andreas Velter, opened its doors only three months ago. The firm's AudienceIQ product delivers data on platform and title-level performance for the main global, regional and local SVOD players, measuring streaming consumption across smartphones, tablets, computers, set-top boxes and connected TVs (CTVs). Coverage is currently 'all SEA markets' as well as Taiwan, with expansion to Japan and South Korea imminent.

Connect was launched in September 2023 and to date has been rolled out in ten countries worldwide. The new partnership integrates the solution into research panels across the region via OnDemandIQ's AudienceIQ and its Benchmarking Customer Satisfaction with Streaming Sentiment Index (SSI). The partners say their integration will offer streamers and content developers actionable insights into audience behavior.
