Summit, New Jersey-based insights agency BEESY has appointed Lindsay Schwartz as Behavioral Science Director and Nida Farhoud as a Senior Research Associate.BEESY was founded in 2018 by former Ipsos Marketing US CEO Elys Roberts, and helps clients in biopharma / healthcare markets to understand consumer decision-making.
Schwartz (pictured left) joins with thirteen years of experience uncovering behavioral insights to inform product strategy and design, with a focus on bridging behavioral science and research with real-world applications. She joins from tech services and consulting business Cognizant where she worked for two and a half years as a Design Researcher, Behavioral Science, and earlier spend four years at the Institutes for Behavior Resources in Baltimore. She holds PhD and Masters degrees in Behavior, Cognition, and Neuroscience from American University and a Bachelors degree in Animal Behavior and Classics from Bucknell University.
Farhoud (pictured right) brings more than three years of experience in primary market research for both qualitative and quantitative projects, with a focus on oncology and rare disease. This includes two years as a Consultant / Associate Consultant at Trinity Life Sciences. She also has experience in non-profit and hospital administration, and holds a Master of Health Administration from Columbia University, with two Bachelors from Tulane University in Public Health and Business Management.
