Fifth Dimension Appoints Melbourne MD

Strategic research consultancy Fifth Dimension Consulting has appointed Andrew Slot as Managing Director, Melbourne, aiming to expand its presence in Victoria and its offering to the whole APAC region.

The firm was founded in 2006 and focuses on the 'Science of Choice', offering expertise in five areas - strategy, methodology, experience, research and technology, to help clients navigate complex markets and drive sustainable growth.

Slot (pictured) worked in marketing roles for a decade at firms including BlueScope Steel, before doing an MBA in 2012-13. Since then he has spent eleven years at marketing advisory and analytics company Forethought, latterly as Joint MD and Principal Consultant. In his new role he will focus on enhancing 5D's offerings in brand, customer experience and product research, while establishing and strengthening client partnerships and expanding the company's presence throughout Australia.
