Customer data science firm dunnhumby has appointed longtime IPG Mediabrands exec Sylvia Cawley as its new Head in Ireland.dunnhumby is a division of Tesco, having driven the British supermarket giant's pioneering customer loyalty programme, and currently employs more than 2,500 people in offices throughout Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas. The firm's Customer Data Science Platform combines technology, software and consulting to help business improve customer experience 'in-store, offline and online', and is used by the likes of Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble and L'Oréal
Cawley (pictured) brings more than seventeen years of experience from Mediabrands, leading strategic initiatives for brands like Amazon, Tesco, Deliveroo and BMW, and was most recently MD for the group's Initiative agency. In her new role she will help to enhance dunnhumby's media proposition in Ireland.
