Customer data science firm dunnhumby has partnered with ad-serving tech firm Osmos for a new offering within its retail media ecosystem, incorporating shopper behaviour data and predictive AI.dunnhumby helps clients build and nurture their retail media business through a range of solutions for retailers of all sizes. This includes the advice of around 300 retail media-focused data scientists worldwide (from the firm's total of just over 2,500); omnichannel delivery solutions; and insight solutions focused on the customer experience, in order to plan and execute 'relevant and engaging' retail media.
Osmos (by Onlinesales.ai) was set up by former employees of Amazon and specializes in the dunnhumby Retail Media Platform, helping businesses to maximize their advertising revenue by integrating in-store shopper behavior data, store inventory and predictive AI. The firm has offices in the US, Singapore and India and clients across sectors including groceries, fashion, OTT and e-commerce.
dunnhumby says the integration of Osmos' capabilities into its existing offering means it can offering retailers all they need to build scale, and optimize their retail media businesses.
